THE LONE BELLOW
We came in for this great weekend session with The Lone Bellow. We were glad they joined us before their Olympic Venue performance
They played bluegrass-style in front of one big mic this time. I talked them into letting me add a small additional mic, as I didn’t want the vocals to sound so far away. Love this band and their harmonies, here’s a tune from their last visit to the Blue Moon Listener Lounge.
You would never think this group formed meeting in a diner in Brooklyn. They have a great Americana sound.
The recent Nashville tornado went right through the neighborhood of their homes, and entirely destroyed the offices of their record label, Dualtone Records.
Their new album is called, “Half Moon Light.”
